As she enters her senior year, Mckinley is eager to apply her creativity, leadership experience, and strong interpersonal skills in a professional setting like State Farm. Her background includes event coordination, team leadership, and faith-based service—each opportunity sharpening her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to community impact. From organizing campus-wide events and mentoring youth to managing direct-to-consumer retail initiatives, she strives to build meaningful relationships and deliver positive results. Mckinley is passionate about growing in an environment that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration, and she’s excited to contribute to a team focused on serving others and making a lasting difference.
Mckinley’s passion for people shines through in every part of her life. Whether she’s playing pickleball with friends, reading by Lake DeGray, or discovering a new coffee shop, she brings both energy and intention to everything she does.
In Arkadelphia, she actively serves through the Pregnancy Resource Center with the Women of EEE, stays involved in the ElderServe program, and finds joy in pouring into the children’s ministry at Second Baptist Church.
